Cannot start application (PS4)

I keep getting this message " Cannot start the application; this application can be started only by a user who has a license for it." I only have 1 account. Im using the ps4, any suggestions/help please?

I downloaded the game from psn store, now that is the error screen that comes up when I go to launch the game, is there a license you have to buy or make an account or something? I'm quite disappointed wasting 60 bucks on a game I can't play
