cannot unlock Sjogren inertial factory

Summarize your bug Sjogren inertial factory won't unlock. 1) I have completed Model 10A Slug 50 kills. 2) I am pursuing for M97 trench hunter . When I get a kill, the kill is not counted under the unlock bar. many times at every match it stays at 13/15 but won't proceed. Same 13/15 is seen in companion. sometimes it resets but kills won't proceed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 2 ways. 1) for me, whenever start the game, for first round it shows 13/15 and won't proceed even if I kill with M97 many times. and next rounds it will reset to 0/15 and won't proceed. 2) this task specifically has to reset if 15 kills not completed in companion and should show 0/15 but for me it still shows 13/15. first it was 7/15 then now 13/15.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't unlock the Sjorgren

I encountered a similar issue with an assignment, it can sometimes take a bit for those stats to update, i.e. be set back to 0. It should however still unlock if you do perform the 15 kills within one round.Have you tried focusing on primary weapon kills only for a round and checking the scoreboard? Once you hit 15, it should unlock anyway, regardless of the displayed counter.
