Cannot use frag grenades, impact grenades, incendiary grenades etc. Why??

Everyone is using frag grenades, impact grenades, Incendiary grenades etc. in BF1. but I cannot access them why??? It show up in the list, but it is not there when I play the game.

    Based on the screenshoot I can see that you have a grandee equipped.

    This is the keybinding in the game:

Hey @Gerts1952 What platform are curently on, what rank are you in the game? 

Also, can you upload a photo of the issue, it helps us to understand the issue better.

Hi

Thanks for your email. I am playing on my PC, My rank is 104 in the game.

Will attach some photos so you can see what the problem is (Hopefully).

    On the photo you have taken I don't see any issues, everything is looking as it should. 

    So when you are trying throwing a grenade what happens?
