Nothing significant stands out. Your BIOS is from 2018 so I'd consider updating that when you have a chance, but make sure you read instructions on how to do that carefully to avoid damage to your PC. Updating BIOS can help avoid unnecessary crashes in games.
Have you tried a clean boot? I see a lot of errors under your Windows reporting. It could be a program or service running in the background causing the game to not launch. A clean boot temporarily disables all non-essential PC programs, this way when you launch the game again as administrator the moment your PC loads up we can rule out whether it's a third party program conflicting with the game/client.

That worked - I'm going to try to figure out what's having issues with EA desktop specifically now and report back, it might be useful for someone else.
