Can't access my rented server's main page to manage server

For a couple of months this issue's been happening, I already initialized my PS4 twice, I did all available information on the issue pertaining to the error code (CE-34878-0).

first I have to restart bf4 countless times every time I try to access the main menu and keep getting the error code (CE-34878-0) after countless tries if finally let's me in the server's main menu.

Once I get access to the main menu, everything is blank, the server could be full and shows me 0 people are playing in it.

I can't manage admins, can't manage ban list, can't manage vip list, I can't manage anything, period.

Could someone please give me tips on how to solve this issue, I tried to contact PS4 but their live chat is hard to get in touch with now a days.

the game is working fine for me at the moment, except for the access of the rented server's main/manage menu.

It allows me to add people to the ban list, vip list, and admin list, but will not allow me to manage it.

the other day I added someone to the admin list, and all of a sudden he couldn't join the server after countless of tries he gave up and made up a new account so he can play in the server.

Very weird indeed.

ps. Would there be any possible way to reset the rented server, I remember when we used to be able to reset the servers, many issues were corrected.
