Is this still happening for you? Just tried it myself and had no issues so far. What were you exactly doing when this error popped up?

I'm having this same problem, the moment I click on the store tab in Origin. Also, I tried going to the BF4 Preorder site, and right after I click the Preorder button next to Origin the same thing pops up in my browser.

P.S. I live in Northern Alabama. Other people having the issue, do you live in the southeast too?

I'm having the same problem, also in North Alabama. Person above me who posted a link, the link doesn't work. :P
It happens in Origin when I click on Store. If I keep clicking on store it eventually works, but then when I click on a product it's back to the same message.

Ok, is there anyone having this problem who is not in the southeast? It sure seems that it is localised to Southern U.S.

Im, having the same issue (Even at https://www.origin.com/store/). Oddly it appears to be network specific even though I have done nothing different. I live in Middle TN. I Boot my OS from an SSD and have my program files redirected to HDD. I have the same issue on my iphone or any other computer on my network. Whenever I disconnect from the network and use cellular data this works without issue. Im trying to figure out what I could have done different. The only recent change I can think of was updating to windows 8.1 which should not effect this. I have re-installed Origin multiple times and verified im running the current version. I have also reset my router and checked internet firewalls with no visible solution to this issue. This seems to be the only program affected even Steam works as it always has.
Any help or fix would be great if anyone has found one.
Thanks
Sean
