Can't Access Premium Items

For some reason despite owning Battlefield 4 premium, I can't access any premium stuff?  I have the premium battlepacks, but can't access the dog tags or camo or anything else.  It even says in the B...

    @Bratitude65 did you log in with the correct EA Account on the battlelog webbsite?

What?  No I just have a digital copy on Origin.  I bought all the add-ons in the same purchase, there's no compatibility problem.

    ive been having the same problem with accessing premium items. i play on xbox and have had all the packs and some items but i cannot use premium emblem stuff on battlelogs as well as access the some of the items in games then it says i have no premium even though i have ea access and premium bought as well as i got given it by my friend. if any help is given, itll be much appreciated
