Can't access soldier/customize soldier
I play on PS4 and I am having problems having access to the menu and when I do get access it says I don't have the guns and gadgets that I unlocked, or that I have bounds,

- Hi @ForresterPT You can find weapons through the "Soldier" menu and you can switch between lists by pressing R1, L1.
Then you go to the first word "allocating the soldier." Go to weapons that you did not open. A menu appears on the right showing the tasks required to unlock the weapon.
You can also go to the "Weapons and Smart Tools" menu and search for weapons that you did not open. It shows you more accurately the tasks required to unlock the weapon Thanks I know that, I want to access customize soldier to change loadouts or change skins or scopes on weapons, and I can't on the ps4. But I found i can do it on my phone via the app.
- @ForresterPT You can change the appearance or customize the weapon from "CUSTOMIZE SOLDIER" and then click a triangle on the weapon. The Change Appearance menu VISUALS
For the past weeks I can't access that menu.... That's what I am talking. Maybe make a video later.
- @ForresterPT Regarding battlefield games for the PlayStation platform, I always try to try problems before answering any questions. Actually, I tried changing the appearance and had no problems
