Can't connect to BF4 multiplayer on PS4
I'm trying to play online and it keeps giving me a message that I must be signed into PSN and an EA server. I am signed into PSN but I don't know about a server. Any suggestions?

i got the answer for this crap......
you need a computer or laptop to install and update your ORIGIN status.....you need to fill out all the security question and save it ........ORIGIN.COM.
once you updated everything.....load up bf4,sign in then start the game then a pop-up will show saying something about loading you ps3 status to your ps4....click yes ,yes ,yes ....then its done....
on the main menu it should say CAMPAIGN 100% FULL GAME **%,you gotta wait untill it hit 100%...
it needs to install before playing any online gaming.....
what a head **bleep** but should solve your multiplayer problem.....
- I've selected the update file, it's been downloading but it's been going on for hours. How long should it take.
it's says campaign is 100% but full game is about 29%This problem is happening again, cannot access to multiplayer the below message keep appearing.

I have PS plus account and have tried testing internet connection and restarting console and game ( on PS4 )
If it still wont work can we have a refund on the game? moving on to COD.....
I am having this problem too. I just purchased the downloadable version of Battlefield Premium, downloaded and installed everything, have PS+, am logged into PSN, updated my origin account... It keeps saying I must be logged into PSN and EA. When I first open it, it also says in the corner must update application to access online content or something... which I have no updates..? I have rebooted it all multiple times. ☹️
