Can't connect to EA server on ps4 to play bf4 online

I just bought bf4 digital on ps4. the game installed correctly but when trying to connect to EA to play online, a box popup saying : "Unable to connect to EA online". My PS plus is active, and i can p...

    I know this problem, i had it too.

    You need to synchronise your psn and ea account manually. I guess, bf4 client on ps4 has a broken link.

@Max94Arkhip I tried doing that but it says account ineligible, I’m so unbelievably confused and frustrated. Can you help?
