Can't connect to ea servers. Xbox one.
I just bought the xbox one and bf4. I downloaded/installed the game and the campaign works fine, but everytime i go to play multiplayer i get the message: "You have lost connection to the ea servers....

Ok eeverybody, this is the original poster. I have fixed my problem. As I said earlier I was having problems with the ea servers, but i was also having problems connecting to xbox fitness. I had called xbox support and they told me the issue may have been with comcast or even the 2 in 1 modem router i was using. I believe it was the TG862 comcast provided. Yesterday I turned it in for just a modem and then i bought my own router, the top of the line asus router. Anyways now i have no problems connecting to either, so the problem, at least for me, was rooted in the modem I had. Hopefully this helps some of you.
Are you certain this was the problem? I have the same Modem from comcast and it doesnt allow me to connect to the EA server once in a blue moon it might. I used an old router at a repeater which lets me connect but gives me a strict NAT. This seems to be a big issue for alot of people but no where have I found a solution other then you saying go get a new modem from comcast. If you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them.
Well I am not certain that this is your specific issue, but if it was the issue i had then yes. this is what fixed it. i'm not sure which portion fixed it. the new router or the new modem. I would recommend a new modem because it serves as the gateway to the servers. I think one of the key points i mention is that my fitness servers were also not working. if you have that issue then we most likely had the same problem.
I will re-mark as unsolved but i will say that I fixed my issue with my actions discussed in message 38. do recommend trying if you havent. and yes i'm aware of it's inconvenience.
