I am currently having the same problem and I called four times and every time they never helped me with my problem. I ran an internet diagnostics and it came up with perfect connection and speed. I am trying to figure out how I send the diagnostics to EA but there is no obvious way to see how to do that on their website. I also redownloaded the game and reset my entire PS4 after they told me to and nothing happened.
