Can't find EAproxyinstaller.exe

I downloaded BF4 without any issues, but when I come to installing the game it instantly comes up with "windows cannot find C:\program files (x86)\origin\EAproxyinstaller.exe" i have looked in the folder and its not there or any other place so any help would be appreciated ??

i would rather not download it again as it took 7 hours last time.
