Cant find Setup area for assigning key and mouse bindings

Just got new PC.  I have Battlefield4 in my Origin Library.    I'm left handed so must customize keyboard and mouse controller settings. Real basic question is where do I find the setup for customizing g keyboard controls and mouse controls.  I cant find the controller setup for key bindings in Origin or in Battlefield 4.  the settings don't include assigning keyboard or mouse controls .  where do I find this area for binding my keyboard and mouse controls for Battlefield 4 or other games in my library.    help appreciated.  TL
