Can't get into BF4- Product Key not registering

I just purchased the basic version of Battlefield 4. When I try to play the game, it tells me I can't until I enter my product key. The button that is supposed to navigate me to an "enter product key" screen at that point does absolutely nothing when I click it. I tried entering the product code that came with the game from the Origin browser but when I do I am told that my key has already been entered... Origin thinks I have entered my code already and Battlefield 4 does not. Can anyone help with this?
