Community ManagerTry ejecting the disc, turn off the PS3, turn off the switch at the back. Turn it back on, attempt to play.
Farqed -I have watched the video and maybe this solution will work for you.
A player provided a workaround for the exact same issue.
Please try to reassign the controller number you are using to controller number 1.
Settings > Accessory Settings > Reassign Controllers
