Can't join any server : "FairFight : Banned Code #RSuhf1"

Hello,

I was playing today (August 17th, 2023), on one of the official servers when a cheater started to kill everyone on the map from very far away even in a plane he would instantly kill me.

His pseudo was "BannedCode#RSuhf1". A couple of hours later I decide to play again, I launch my game and whenever I try to connect to ANY server (private or official), I am prompted to this message:

Server Disconnected

FairFight: Banned Code #RSuhf1

My ban history here My Ban History Page is completely clean, no ban, nothing...


I think this hacker has a way to false flag anyone he chooses to be banned, or something like that.

I am playing on PC, on Windows 10

    Hey @polymood From what I understand, players are not able to cause bans in the game. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate this situation on the forum. However, we do have helpful information available on our website that can guide you on how to handle similar situations.

    Hey @polymood From what I understand, players are not able to cause bans in the game. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate this situation on the forum. However, we do have helpful information available on our website that can guide you on how to handle similar situations.

    @EA_Pulsar Then how is it that I cannot join any server with a message saying that I am banned while my ban history shows no ban at all?

    @polymood The ban history doesn't always show everything. You would be best off going ahead and submitting an appeal to the ToS team, using the steps in the guide above, so they can investigate and respond to you directly.
