Can't join anything china rising even though I own it...

I'd like to know why I keep getting denied while trying to join a server that is running a china rising map. I PAID for this when I bought the game, yet I cannot join anything china rising. Enlighten...

The below image is after I completed the task and after I had already restarted my PC. It still isn't working. No wonder so many people feel this game is garbage, and to think I used to defend it on various forums. It's almost a complete failure for the customer paying money for it. Give me another work around.
