Do you only use the origin application when joining the server or do you connect to the game via the battelog website? Join through the website and give the exact error. At the bottom in red will be such information. Copy and please provide in the forum.
looks like it doesn't do that when joining from battlelog
Have you tried the origin app? Is the problem the same? Please provide an accurate error message on the battelog. This is important.
If you have a problem connecting to the server by the game and the origin application, please disable ORIGIN IN GAME. Maybe it will succeed.
