And why is the error relates to DirectX 10.0 when i already have an updated DirectX 11 ?

I have i7 2600k, 550ti and 8gig Ram just like you and can play fine, so no probs as you said wit your setup.....only difference seems to be you are using Win 7 Ultimate.
Give this a try:
In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game.
If that doesn't work I'm sure somebody else will come up with a better solution. Problems like this usually have a simple enough solution.

Having the same issue here. Win7 Ultimate, GeForce GTX 550 Ti, i7 2600k, 16 GB Ram.
I didn't have this problem until I updated my video drivers. I've tried setting it to run in compatibility mode, does nothing.
Seems to be an issue with 550 Ti and Ultimate users only?
