Can't load into game, black screen with loading symbol in top right corner.
I am unable to log into a game. All I am able to do is stare at a black screen with a loading symbol in the top right corner.

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and keep us updated:
- Repair your game via Origin. To do so, open your "My Games" library, click with the right mouse button on the BF4 icon and choose "Repair Install"
- Re-install Direct X and get the latest version of Microsoft .NET framework as well as MS C++ redist.
- Clean boot your system and/or disable your firewall
