cant log in to my account

so ive now had to type this twice, but i had to log out of my other account. which i made using the exact same password to help a freind on his, when i logged back in oh look my account doesnt seem to exist, i cant log in, the recovery email wont send and im stuck here needing to get on to manage my clan on bf4 but i cant actualy log in. i am using the exact same email for this account by the way
