cant look around only can look up

Whenever i join a game and deploy my guy just looks up automatically, i have no control over this i can move around still but i have no control over my mouse.

Hey @Mcchickensalad77 with which game is it that you are seeing this?

Can you disable any overlay such as Disord and Origin In-Game and also unplug any controller input or USB devices and try it again.

i was having this problem on BF4 but the problem was my g920 wheel. I didn't really think of disconnecting it until you said unplug any controllers. thank you for helping me
