Can't pass origin Security question on the Xbox one

I need some help please I can't access the multiplayer because IM stuck on the SC section on the xbox one it does not let me hit finish. i tried going to my origin account to change my SC but it didn...

Bought xbox one day one and battlefield 4. I can't log in. Says my existing username is taken (by me in fact) and if i try and make a new one it hangs on security question. Did someone at origin try this? How can this issue be unforseen?
