Hello! If you get the SQA issue on XBOX One and:
1. you have not set a security question and answer, login to Origin.com go to my account>privacy settings and add a security question
2. you have set security question and answer. login to Origin.com go to my account>privacy settings and modify your current security question and answer to anything else.
After this step, try to login on your XBOX One Console again.
NOTE: The security questions must me added/modified on the associated Origin ID link to your Gamertag profile.
