Can't Play Any Battlefield Game

It's as ridiculous as it sounds. It's IMPOSSIBLE to play Battlefield 2/3/4, not even the Bad Company ones. Every single game has stuttering on the network, making every enemy shaky, and impossible to hit. I can run ArmA 3 on Medium with my computer, just like GTA V on Low at 40 FPS, but I CAN'T play ANY Battlefield game, not even on Low or on Local servers. Even if the ping shows at "30" on the Scoreboard, the stuttering NEVER stops. On Battlefield 4 specially, because I can see those 3 icons on the right side of my screen, indicating packet loss and network issues. They are always red when they show up. It's always like: "Show up, vanish, 3 seconds later it comes back again" and it just keeps doing it. It's been like this since the last Patches, and it makes the game literally unplayable. I already opened up the UTP and UDP ports for Battlefield/Battlelog/Origin servers, but it just seems to ignore this. I tried running BF4 on Low and Medium. Medium worked better, what does not make any sense on my point of view. Every time I do the "system analysis" thing on the "Options" tab, it just says that the game is on perfect state, just with some FPS drops. Also says that the packet loss is at 0, even though I ALWAYS get the same icon saying that the packet loss is horrible. So, what do I do them?

I have a 15MB internet connection. I can't really explain all the "specs" because I don't have the necessary knowledge to do so. In the test, I got: 9ms ping | 14.75Mbps Download Speed | 0.93Mbps Upload Speed with the nearest Host.

Yes, I do have everything functional during gameplay, counting with Origin, Battlelog and it's plugin, a Stable Connection, PunkBuster on it's last version. Everything. But I still have the problem. And It persists in every battlefield game.

A detail. I've been getting stable gameplay on the "Test Range" at BF4. I seems to be something really related to network connection.
