Can't play battlefield 1 xbox one (black screen on start up)

Product: Battlefield 1 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Summarize your bug I just bought the military green xbox one edition with the battlefield dlc code. I downloaded the game and it fully installed...

    Reset your Xbox to factory settings while keeping your game data and it should start working. You'll have to set some stuff up again on the Xbox but it worked for me and others.
