If you haven't already, can we give the following steps a try?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
Hello. Yes I tried everything, still doesn’t work.
open you EA, app, and update something like your personal details,
that will fix, it, restart computer.

For me it was the first thing. Crazy because I didn't touch anything before that and I played normally for years. First fix in video is allowing game.exe in windows defender. Back to game then! 🙂
