Can't play Campaing or Operations - PS4

I restarted my router, and of course, the PS4 lost connectivity to the internet.  BF1 main menu started working ok, campaign map appeared as normal.  Of course, multiplayer option isn't available.  Router finished the reset, game looked ok.  Went to the BF1 multiplayer menu, says that I'm offline and asking to connect to EA.  Pressed the connect option and...  Problems started again.  Music stopped, background comes and goes, operations and campaign map invisible or disappear after a second and all the other issues I mentioned before.

I did a quick initialize on my PS4.  It deleted all my games and data.  Reinstalled BF1, did an update, and...  Same problems.

I see you've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps on your end to try and fix this issue.

Have you checked out the Troubleshooting steps for PS4, and seeing if any of this helps?

I've tried loading on PS4 as well, and personally haven't experienced this issue you're speaking of.

If need be, are you able to contact EA Help via Live Chat to see if there's anything else you can do to resolve this?

Looms like the problem is my profile.  My brother loggen in with his account in my PS4, and everything worked ok.

Maybe corruption in the data saved in the cloud?  My Playstation Plus isn't expired.  I really don't know what to do...

Already did that.  Technician told to to do a database rebuild to the PS4.  I did that, but still have the same problems.

My brother logged in my PS4 and the game worked without issues for him.  There has to be some corrupt data in my cloud...  It's the only explanation I can think...

Sorry for interrupting your conversation, but have you already tried these 2 things?

Restored the licenses and this PS4 is my primary.

Strated the game, same issues.  Tried to go to More -> Options.  Black screen and few seconds later, back to the More menu.  Same thing happens in other submenus.

Today I opened the game, still had the issues.  Played one match thru Quickmatch (only way I could play), got the 30,000 points that I needed to claim this weeks prizes, and...  The issues disappeared!

Now I can play operations, campaign, and see the other menu options.

What was the problem?  I don't know.  I only can specculate.  Maybe some corruption in my profile?  Server side??  Dunno.

Hope this is the last time I'll see this problem.
