Can't play multiplayer with friend
Just got the game to play with a friend, and can't play with him, each time we group and try to launch a game, it never works? Is your matchmaking that *?

We have not tried repairing files. We did just try creating and joining through the Platoons tab but with same result.

Sorry you're still experiencing this issue.
Try Repairing the game files in Origin, and see if that works.
