Can't play online with xbox game pass ultimate

Hello. I'm using xbox series s with game pass ultimate (March 31, 2025). My XBOX account linked with EA account. EA APP show me what i have EA PLAY with game pass. BUT multiplayer does not work in all ea games - ufc3, nfs unbound, battlefield and other. I have message like  this - You need to be signed in to your EA Account to access the online features of this game. Please check your internet connection. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. My internet connection is ok. And i singed in EA Account. But multiplayer still not working for me.

Help me, please! I want play online.
