Since I have the same problem, I would like to answer the question. No I don't. This is my only origin account. So I haven't tried any BF game time. But still, it said that 'Looks like you've already enjoyed Game Time on this account and computer.'. Any ideas? Thanks.
I got the exact same error. I just downloaded BF4 Game Time and origin shows that I have used 0 minutes of Game Time. However, when I lauch the game and try to join a server I get the same message 'Looks like you've already enjoyed Game Time on this account and computer.'.
I like how the message window asks for the user to add a product key. If the trial verson won't work then why in the world would I spend money to find out the unlocked verson does not work either?
FYI. I do have BF3 on the same computer. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
