cant play they shall not pass

I downloaded the THEY SHALL NOT PASS DLC, BUT I cannot play it.  The game tells me I didn't buy that dlc or install it. The most funny part is when I click the notice shows the DLC is fully installed...

Hello @trancingpulse 

I am really sorry for those issues. I assume you are on PC? Have you tried to reinstall Origin client? Clearing Origin cache files can also solve this. Keep me posted on your progress.

Uh, I play both of them on PS4.

    Have you tried restoring the licenses or even setting that PS4 as your active PS4?

      I have restored my licenses several times， but it didn't work.,and I have only one PSN account. Anyway, thank you for your suggestion.

        Have you activated the PS4 as your primary PS4 under account settings?
