    I've merged all reports on the issue from this section. Striterax, DICE developer, tweeted out that the battlepack system has been temporarily disabled, as a bug it had caused connectivity issues. That's why battlepacks can't be viewed or opened (and most likely why scraps aren't updated). The timetable for battlepack system working again is currently unknown, so it's only possible to wait. At the very least, battlepacks obtained during the downtime period will still be there afterwards.

Same. Premium user here that did the 6 bayonet kills AND got the message on the home menu saying the Premium Bayonet Battlepack Reward was completed and "rewarded", yet I've got nothing still. Last night all my scraps, codex, and rank was temporarily wiped as well. That's back now, but still no Valentine/Bayonet reward.

Spoke to someone on EA chat about it and they said they know about it too but can't just issue them out, naturally.

    New player here, I lost 2 packs, a premium one and a star wars premium one. I see that this is an old issue, so the game is broken at that part. Also, I see that nobody got help or compensation for that loss. It is just a game, it should not be that difficult to give back to players their lost paid content.

      If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
