DICE Team@EA_Atic I was able to duplicate the issue. However, when I went to go scrap all duplicates at once, only one of them got scrapped out of the two I had.
If I go in to scrap the duplicate skins individually, then there's no issue.
It may be that it only happens to certain skins - perhaps just the legendary skins, because the other common skins were scrapping.
@EA_Atic I checked again and the Von Kluck skin doesn't scrap but the puzzle pieces, distinguished, and special skins do scrap if you duplicate all scraps at once.

Ok, I just got a duplicate huot automatic veteran soldier special skin and 'scrap duplicates' won't scrap it. This is the only duplicate I currently have.@voiceinsideyou @EA_Atic This makes me think that it's certain skins that won't scrap, as opposed to types of skins (i.e. special, distinguished, or legendary).
