Can't Unlock MP7

For some reason I can't seem to unlock the MP7.  I did everything the assignment says but the Portable aa KILL NEVER REGISTERS FOR SOME REASON, CAN I PLZZ GET SOME HELP. tHANKS

Took me three days to figure out that portable aa means stinger,not mobile aa.
