Cant unlock the ace 23 or the L85A2 in battlefield 4

i cant unlock the assignments for the Ace 23 or L85A2, because the requirements dont count upwards even though i sure i did them all. I know that you have to do all the L85A2 requirements in one match, still didnt work. I've started the assault veteran assignments (the one that unlocks the ace 23) but after a while it stopped counting upwards. my killcount is also stuck on 66. what do I do?
