cant unlock the f2000

hi therethe assignment express train, reward f2000 is not working properly on my account, i have 10 kills inside the metro (B or C flag) i got 4 assist ribbons in 1 round and more than enough kills yet the last 2 criterias of the task arent registering therefore i cant get the gun, i only play on ranked/official servers but its not showing progress like the top 2 tasks for eg kills inside metro 5/10 or 8/10 or whatever it just shows nothing and i can get the gunany help please the link tomy assignment and profile is belowhttp://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/Dangerdeal%20ZA/assignments/844995887/xbox360/#XP0AS03

Firstly you need to be rank 10 and got Second Assault or Premium. Then do these things:

Assault Rifle Ribbon x1
Kill Assist Ribbon x2
Get 10 kills inside the metro

Remember, you need to get Kill Assist Ribbon x2 not in one round!

Okay please keep in mind that you need to get the 10 kills as well as the 2 kill assist ribbons in one round. The kills are only counting for this assignment if you are getting them actually in the lower level of the map, which means in the actual metro area.

The kills actually seem to count for me in the upper area too (which I like more) on ps4.. Having a lot of trouble with those assist though, get 1 ribbon if I'm lucky, don't know how I'm ever gonna get to 2. I'm even playing on large conquest with a support with airburst to try and get assists instead of kills, to no avail..
