Can't Unlock Weapons

If I unlocked a weapon in the campaign, why don't I have it for multiplayer??

M82A3 is a battle pick up item. You can not unlock it at all in Multiplayer. Another word, the weapon is on some map like the flood zone. If you find it (on the bridge, by a truck close to Objective B), then yes. I do not play Domination or Team Deathmatch so I can not tell you wherther or not they are on those maps.

Different typr of games, different capabilities. You don't have anti tank mines or first aide kit in single players yet it is in multiplayers.
The only thing that you bring over from single player to multiplayers is the M249 after you finish the last campaign. (I lost mine due to corrupt data but I am not missing it).

So I'll never be able to use the M82A3 sniper in domination or team deathmatch??

yeah and what they are saying i don't know if its ture or not but i have seem people useing it in lvls that you shouldn't find it in so i think ea and dice need to fix that since it is a sniper rifle and if i can't get this weapon then hell i amy as well be done with it thats half the reason i started to play it
