Basti's suggestion normally fixes most PS3 problems. Also remember that the PSN has been plagued by heavy traffic since the DDOS attack greatly reducing the speed of downloads via PSN. It took almost 8 hours to download BF4 and all 5 expansions for me recently, so have you let it download overnight?
