Even without factoring in SweetFX 3rd party programs can be a problem.
Please try a Clean Boot then try launching the game again.

Go into your documents and cut the Battlefield 4 folder and past it to your desktop. This is the settings folder so it should clear the setting that states you're using the gamepad (along with all other customized settings). Paste it to your desktop in case your problem isn't solved, if it's not solved simply cut and paste the folder back into your documents. Next start BF4 and see if the problem persists, if it's solved delete the folder on your desktop and reconfigure your game customizations.
ty for help but it didnt work i deleted BF4 in my document still cant use keyboard
Do you happen to be using SweetFX? If so, disable this as it has been known to cause M / KB to not work in-game.
