cant use keyboard and mouse in BF4

i can only use  xbox 360 controller  even esc doesn't work i removed xbox 360 dongle still keyboard and mouse not working

Now I'd try turning on your regular programs one by one, starting with anything that might affect input, until you can determine which program is involved in the conflict. Once you find the culprit you can just ensure that you disable this whenever you want to play, and you should be fine.
