Solved

cdkeys.com code already in use

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I tried to search he site and couldn't find anywhere else to put this.

I purchased a key from cdkeys.com for Battlefield 1, when I try to redeem it it says the code has already been used. The FAQ that was linked wasn't any help.

I contacted cdkeys.com and they suggested deleting some cache files along with reinstalling origin which predictably didn't work. After that they suggested getting in touch with EA/origin - I've been waiting for over an hour to be connected with a game advisor.

Is there anything that EA/origin can do or do I have to chase a refund/other key from the website I purchased it from?

Many thanks in advance.

  • @NastyPasty91If the key in question was invalid we won't issue another one, contacting your retailer is likely the way forward.

Support can check the code, but if it's a dud or already used, they likely won't be able to assist further.

Sorry, there's not a lot we can do to directly fix this, but I hope this info helps.
