Character will not stop spinning while looking up.
No matter what I do my character is stuck looking up and spinning to the left. I have tried repairing the game, looking for a process called LManager.exe (don't have it), have made sure no controller...
Huzzah! I have discovered the issue after days of confusion! At one point I had set up a ps3 controller to act like an Xbox controller, which created a vjoy compliant "phantom" device in device manager. Even though nothing was connected, I noticed that whenever I tried to remap the joystick keys that as soon as I clicked it it would automatically set the key and not let me do anything. That gave me the idea to check device manager to see if there was something there and found the phantom controller. I simply disabled it and everything was fine! Thanks everyone!
