Cheats in BF4

BF4 is a lost game. The reason I see it is that the amount of players with aim bots are over running the game. Why oh why can't a few administrators go in as spectators and get rid of the cheats. The cheats are so obvious anyway... 20, 30, 40, 50 kills and they are ZERO deaths.
