Hello, @KAT1LLA
Check Firewall: Ensure port 3659 (UDP) is open.
Update Drivers: Keep your network drivers up to date.
Close Background Apps: Shut down unnecessary applications.
Contact ISP: Verify with your ISP that port 3659 (UDP) isn’t blocked.
These steps should help resolve the disconnection issue.I hope this will be helpful for you
Best regards
Jon ralph
Ive asked my ISP and thwy check my router also. All drivers are up to date. All stupid steps exposed here are already tested without solution. The firewall is down and the problem still persistent. Only "Smart Port Forwarding" fixing the issue. The question is why we have to use additional app to fix what the game publishers never did?
how did it get fixed with smart port forwarding?
- @KAT1LLA Mine didn't work doing that. I already did everything that videos recommend. None of the tips worked. I was playing Tuesday and out of nowhere I couldn't play anymore
I'm 2 days trying to fix this. I called my provider, I did the port forwarding through my router, firewall, smart port forwarding... none of this worked.
Like every video that I watched. Followed every single step.
My battlelog showing no ping on the servers. When I try to join through the game itself I receive a message "You have lost connection to the session".
When I use VPN with the UDP open I can play on some of the servers but most of them kick me for using VPN.
In the app you have to put your local IP address not 192.168.1.5
