China Rising Assignments don't update + attachments reset

I have the (apparently common) problem where my China Rising assignments keep showing progress after each match, despite having unlocked them quite a while ago.

BUT

I'm now having an even more annoying and possibly related problem.

The China Rising Weapons' attachments also reset very often. It doesn't matter if I set the attachments in battlelog or in-game. They still reset.
