China Rising DLC code redeemed but didn't download DLC

So I had pre-ordered Battlefield 4 on my Playstation 3 and I redeemed the code for China Rising that night but didnt get the download and the China Rising DLC was released today but it says I have to...

    If you redeemed a code from gamestop and it isn't working and asking you to purchase again well this is the ACTUAL FIX.  TRY THIS NO MATTER WHAT TRUST ME.

    1. Go to Xbox 360 settings > account > Download history

    2. Find Battlefield 4 China Rising(108kbs or something like that)

    3. Redownload the Battlefield 4 China Rising takes 2 secs.

    4. Start Battlefield 4

    5. Go to Store> Click on China Rising premium > Then go DOWN ONE to just select the china rising expansion WITHOUT the premium.

    6. Clicking on that brings you to a buy screen that says FREE.

    7. Click confirm purchase and it will download. (1.27)gb

    5. or to get the download screen After STEP 4 you can just try to play a china rising map and when it prompts to download just download it by clicking confirm purchase its free.

Actually I did something else. After I checked download history on my ps3, I searched battlefield 4 in ps store. Went to DLC add ons and clicked china rising. It said choose format (14.99 or free) I clicked free and started downloading. Lol I almost complained to EA by phone.

I'm having the same issue, but dont have the option for free, only to purchase. Will do an online chat with EA to find out why my DLC code isn't working!!

    I pre-ordered the game, as an digital-vertion, and didnt get eny code, do i have to pay then, or will it just show up whitout doing enything ☹️ some1 please helt me ! (on the ps3)

    Same and this happened with my Premium code too. I entered it ...(PS3)...and it took me back to the PSN Welcome menu thing.. I checked my history nothing relating BF4 except the axe battlepack thing. Im so close to just call the support people and yell at them.

    i redeemed my code on both stores and it is not for free so i can downloaded it.

       If you are not able to access your China Rising expansion on Playstation 3 or Playstation 4 yet, please check  following steps:

       

      • Log into the PlayStation Network Store
      • Search for Battlefield 4
      • Select Add-Ons
      • If you have premium access, China Rising should be available for download without any additional cost

      Our user dukefan provided following workaround and we got several confirmations that this worked for PlayStation user. If this workaround helped you, feel free to provide him XP for his work.

      Boy are you guys going to love me. I pre-ordered Bf4 and had the same issue everyone else has had with downloading China Rising. It said my code had been redeemed yada yada. Like everything else with this release, they have not communicated info clearly.

      1.Go to the playstation store

      2.Go to BF4 page

      3. Select add ons.

      4. It will have China Rising (and yes it will say 14.99) and premium.

      5. Select china rising.

      6. On the next page will be a box that says click on version.

      click on this box and choose the china rising that says free and enjoy the 1303 mb download
