This is the only way to fix the dlc not showing up for xbox 360 users after downloading it and getting it fixed.
According to the Ea support the reason why is because we are not getting the first patch part that comes with the intial download.
to fix this make a screen cap from your email of the confirmation that you have purchesed the DLC.
after that go to help.ea.com
scroll down to contact us
it will have you tell your problem,
after its answer pops up there will be a blue button at the bottun left saying something like need more help.
it will give you two options click call me; then enter your info
when they call tell them you need the 108 kilobyte download patch.
they will ask you to go back to the help.ea.com and submit the screenshot of the purchase in the case " scroll to the bottom of the page its below contact us
after the call you will get a email with the code and then you will have the dlc access.
