China rising pre ordered bf4 ps4

Hi, I pre ordered bf4 ps4 version on amazon and didnt get any code for dlc. When I check additional content for bt4 there is free china rising.  On the next page there is a price and I cant choose version of the purchase. There is no dlc in my library either. Please help
